CXT Software Launch!
July 25th, 2011 marked the official launch date for our new software program called X-Dispatch by CXT Software. This program will completely revolutionize the way we are currently conducting courier business and move us that much further ahead of our major competitors.
The implemention of X-Dispatch by CXT Software not only has tremendous positive effects on how we do business but allows YOU to see the life cycle of your shipment from the time the job is called in, when the driver confirms he/she has received the dispatch call, went it is picked up, when it is delivered and who signed for it all within a simple click of the mouse.
Along with the X-Dispatch system comes a new and improved online ordering system called X-Internet. For your convenience, a detailed training manual is available in the Online Services menu, under Download Forms.

OUR COMPANY - INTRODUCTION TO TOTAL DELIVERY SYSTEMS
TDS was launched in February of 1998 and has become a major provider of courier, distribution and logistics services throughout British Columbia. With our extensive network of owner operators, agents and employees, we can execute deliveries anywhere in the province.
Since our launch, TDS has enjoyed exponential growth year after year. This success continues to this day and we are optimistic that this expansionary growth will continue well into the future. This growth can be attributed to management’s ambitious goal setting and the extensive experience that has been brought to the company.
CEO, Bob Polmateer, President Chris Chater and the extremely dedicated Executive team have pooled together over 81 years of combined Courier and Distribution experience. They have worked over 40 of those combined years as a team working together. This experience has been the backbone and success of TDS.
Our first goal was to become Vancouver Island’s first choice courier. This goal has been achieved by employing the best people in the industry, state-of-the-art communication technology, and an exceptional network of well-trained owner/operators. We have now moved to our next goal of becoming BC’s first choice courier. We intend to continue to employ the same principles as we have done in the past and believe that we can achieve the same level of success on this new scale.
We are currently Vancouver Island’s transportation company of choice for well-established companies such as; The Vancouver Island Health Authority, The Times Colonist, Grand and Toy, Staples, Avon Canada and other companies requiring daily services to complete their customer shipments to their Vancouver Island and Gulf Island destinations.
TDS uses the most advanced technology available for day-to-day administration and communication in all of our operations. We lead the industry by operating the most advanced servers and application technology available, thereby ensuring the most efficient processes for our customers.
TDS contracts and employs over 110 drivers and 75 full time and casual staff to complete deliveries throughout the province every day.
